Each Sunday, Catholic Forum brings you a brief reflection, the proclamation of the Sunday Gospel by a Deacon or Priest of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, a musical selection, and an interview of about 15 minutes in length. Catholic Forum is the longest-running Catholic talk show on radio, having begun in 1939 on WDEL in Wilmington, Delaware. A new program debuts at 6:30 a.m. ET each Sunday Morning. Additionally, “FLASHBACK” is a Catholic Forum interview that aired sometime over the last 20 years. It is exclusive content for podcast listeners and debuts each Wednesday morning. Catholic Forum is a production of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington.

On this episode of Catholic Forum, after a brief introduction, the Gospel for the 4th Sunday of Easter, and music from John Michael Talbot; we will chat with five student winners of the annual Jerry E. Dawson Knights of Columbus Vocation Essay Contest, and hear their winning essays. Norah Teaney, a 5th grader from Immaculate Heart of Mary School; Sam Rajevich, a 6th grader from St. Elizabeth School; 7th grader Francesca Tussa from St. Ann's School; and 8th graders, Kiley Larkin from St. Joseph on the Brandywine Religious Education Program; and Grace Smith from Ursuline Academy will present their essays.
