Since 2003, the Diocese of Wilmington has had a Solidarity Partnership with the Diocese of San Marcos. Bishop Trinidad talks about his Diocese, it's challenges, and how the Partnership is helping promote a spirit of brotherhood between the two dioceses. Father Carlos Ochoa, Associate Pastor of St. John the Baptist/Holy Angels Parish in Newark, Delaware, and newly appointed Director of Hispanic Ministry for the Diocese of Wilmington assists with providing translation for Bishop Trinidad, and Catholic Forum host, Bob Krebs.
