Each Saturday, Catholic Forum brings you a news update from The Dialog, the official news source for the Diocese of Wilmington, and an interview segment of about 21 minutes in length. Catholic Forum is the longest-running Catholic talk show on radio, having begun in 1939 on a radio station in Wilmington, Delaware. It is now heard every Saturday afternoon at 1:30 on Relevant Radio 640 and is heard in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area as well as throughout the State of Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. As soon as it finishes airing on the radio, a new program podcast debuts at 2:00 p.m. ET each Saturday afternoon. Catholic Forum is a production of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington

On this episode of Catholic Forum, after a brief introduction, the Gospel for the 26th Sunday in Ordinary Time, and a song from Paul Tate's "Rejoice!" CD, we will talk to the Pastor of Saint Jude the Apostle Parish in Lewes, Delaware and Coordinator of the Diocese of Wilmington's Annual Marian Pilgrimage, Father Brian Lewis. This year's pilgrimage, with the theme, Mary, Mother of All Nations, will be held on Saturday, October 3rd and you can enjoy it from the comfort of your home. Father Lewis has all the details! Also, Father Rich Jasper will tell us about another Modern Day Witness.

On this episode of Catholic Forum, after an introduction, the Gospel for the 25th Sunday in Ordinary Time, and a tune from the Catholic Treasures CD, we will learn about the Diocese of Wilmington's Share in the Spirit campaign that helps families afford Catholic schools for their children, when Ms. Deborah Fols, Development Director for the Diocese of Wilmington is interviewed. Families make sacrifices to send their kids to Catholic schools. Families need more help than ever during this COVID-19 pandemic. Also, Father Rich Jasper will tell us about another Modern Day Witness. 

For those who occasionally listen to Catholic Forum on Relevant Radio 640, beginning on September 26, 2020, the program will air on Saturdays at 1:30 p.m. Catholic Forum will continue to debut as a podcast on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m.

CYM Sports serves 5,000 youngsters each year from Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. Matt will tell us about the program and how the COVID-19 pandemic will effect this fall's sports.
