Each Saturday, Catholic Forum brings you a news update from The Dialog, the official news source for the Diocese of Wilmington, and an interview segment of about 21 minutes in length. Catholic Forum is the longest-running Catholic talk show on radio, having begun in 1939 on a radio station in Wilmington, Delaware. It is now heard every Saturday afternoon at 1:30 on Relevant Radio 640 and is heard in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area as well as throughout the State of Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. As soon as it finishes airing on the radio, a new program podcast debuts at 2:00 p.m. ET each Saturday afternoon. Catholic Forum is a production of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington

On this episode of Catholic Forum, after a Dialog news brief, we will learn about the homeless situation in Delaware when we are joined by Ms. Rachel Stucker from Housing Allience Delaware, and Mr. Fritz Jones from Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Wilmington. December 9-11 is Delaware Faith and Housing Justice Weekend when the plight of our homeless brothers and sisters is highlighted among religious congregations and communities of faith.

Eric and his wife, Suzan, have a new book to help families have a more meaningful and educational Advent Season. The book, titled "The Jesse Tree: An Advent Devotion,' uses Christ's family tree to help understand God's plan for salvation. We will also learn a little about St. Agnus of Assisi, the Novermber 19th Saint of the Day.

On this episode of Catholic Forum, after a news update from The Dialog, we will talk with Andy Cooney, one of the famous New York Tenors, and Sheila McGirl, the Director of the Development Office of the Diocese of Wilmington, about the upcoming Magic of Christmas concert that the Tenors are giving in Wilmington on December 11, 2022 to benefit Catholic Charities. We will learn about the three talented men who make up the New York Tenors -  Andy Cooney, Daniel Rodriguez, and Christopher Macchio - sample some of their music, and find out how you can get tickets to this enjoyable event that will benefit the work of Catholic Charities.

Klein. In his 13 years as a priest of the Diocese of Wilmington, former Lutheran pastor, Father Klein delivered hundreds of homilies. This new book offers some of his most powerful.  We will also learn about a special event with author and columnist, George Weigel, that will happen in Wilmington on November 17, 2022.
