Ms. Lynne Betts is the Vice President of the Eastern Region of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, that includes Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. Mr. Chuck Miller is the President of the St. Vincent de Paul, Wilmington Council that is made up of all the conferences in the Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a Catholic lay organization that leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually in the offer of person to person service to those in need and who are suffering.
