Each Saturday, Catholic Forum brings you a brief reflection, the proclamation of the Sunday Gospel by a Deacon or Priest of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, a musical selection, an interview of 15-20 minutes in length, and on most shows, an episode of Modern Day Witness, by Father Rich Jasper. Catholic Forum is the longest-running Catholic talk show on radio, having begun in 1939 on a radio station in Wilmington, Delaware. It is now heard every Saturday morning at 11:00 on Relevant Radio 640 and is heard in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area as well as throughout the State of Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. As soon as it finishes airing on the radio, a new program podcast debuts at 11:30 a.m. ET each Saturday Morning. Additionally, “FLASHBACK” is a Catholic Forum interview that aired sometime over the last 20 years. It is exclusive content for podcast listeners and debuts each Wednesday morning. Catholic Forum is a production of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington.

After a brief introduction, hear the Gospel for Sunday, January 31, 2016, a musical selection and interviews with guests from St. Mark's High School and Saints Peter and Paul School.  We begin Catholic Schools Week by learning about St. Mark's High School in the Pike Creek area of Wilmington with principal, Mr. Rick Bayhan and Seniors, Pauline Maiura and Mike Hanling. Then we turn our focus on Saints Peter and Paul School in Easton, Maryland with school president, Dr. David Rath.

After a brief introduction, the Gospel for Sunday, January 24, 2016, and a musical selection, hear an interview with Father Ed Ogden.  Father Ogden is an Oblate of Saint Francis de Sales and pastor of the St. Thomas More Oratory, the church in Newark Delaware that serves the Catholic community of the University of Delaware.  Father discusses his work at the Oratory and the life and teachings of Saint Francis de Sales, the patron saint of the Diocese of Wilmington. The Church celebrates the Feast of Saint Francis de Sales every January 24th.

Sister Maria Anna talks about the life of the the co-founder of her community - the Sister Servants of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus - Blessed Klara Szczesna.

After a short introduction, hear the Holy Gospel for Sunday, January 10th Feast of the Baptism of the Lord, followed by an interview with Deacon Hal Jopp, Director of the Office for Deacons for the Diocese of Wilmington and assigned to parish ministry at St. Benedict's Parish in Ridgely, Maryland. Deacon Jopp talks about the Diaconate and upcoming information sessions for men who think that God may be calling them to this ministry.
