Each Sunday, Catholic Forum brings you a brief reflection, the proclamation of the Sunday Gospel by a Deacon or Priest of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington, a musical selection, and an interview of about 15 minutes in length. Catholic Forum is the longest-running Catholic talk show on radio, having begun in 1939 on WDEL in Wilmington, Delaware. A new program debuts at 6:30 a.m. ET each Sunday Morning. Additionally, “FLASHBACK” is a Catholic Forum interview that aired sometime over the last 20 years. It is exclusive content for podcast listeners and debuts each Wednesday morning. Catholic Forum is a production of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington.

Lewis S. Fiorelli, OSFS, Provincial of the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, Wilmington-Philadelphia Province. Fr. Fiorelli, who was elected to this post in June 2018, is a former Superior General of the Oblates. He will discuss his work, the work of the Oblates, and the life and spirituality of St. Francis de Sales.

On this episode of Catholic Forum, after a brief introduction, the proclamation of the Gospel for the Feast of the Epiphany by Deacon Ken Pulliam from St. Elizabeth Church in Wilmington, Delaware, and a musical selection from John Michael Talbot's "The Birth of Jesus" CD, Leila Miller, co-author of the new book, "Made This Way: How to Prepare Kids to Face Today's Tough Moral Issues," will be interviewed. In this book, Leila and co-author, Trent Horn, explain how to discuss issues such as same-sex marriage, divorce, abortion, pornography, and transgender identity, with children.
