Each Saturday, Catholic Forum brings you a news update from The Dialog, the official news source for the Diocese of Wilmington, and an interview segment of about 21 minutes in length. Catholic Forum is the longest-running Catholic talk show on radio, having begun in 1939 on a radio station in Wilmington, Delaware. It is now heard every Saturday afternoon at 1:30 on Relevant Radio 640 and is heard in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area as well as throughout the State of Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. As soon as it finishes airing on the radio, a new program podcast debuts at 2:00 p.m. ET each Saturday afternoon. Catholic Forum is a production of the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington

On this episode of Catholic Forum, after a brief introduction, the Holy Gospel for the Feast of the Holy Family, and a musical selection from the CD "Catholic Christmas Classics," we will talk with Mr. Gary Scholl, from the John Carroll School in Bel Air, Maryland. Each year for the last 18 years, the John Carroll School has hosted the Morning Star Celebration Benefit Pow Wow for St. Labre Indian School in Montana. This year's Pow Wow is being held on January 12, 2019 and we will learn about it and about the work of the St. Labre Indian School on this episode of Catholic Forum.

On this episode of Catholic Forum, after a brief introduction, the Holy Gospel for the 4th Sunday of Advent, and a song from the CD, Catholic Christmas Classics by the Cathedral Singers, we will hear Bishop Francis Malooly's annual Christmas message to the people of the Diocese of Wilmington. Additionally, we will present a cut from the CD, Christmas Time is Here from the Saint Mark's High School Concert Choir. Then we'll hear, The Humility of Christmas, the last installment in the four-part Advent series by Fr. Richard Jasper, Associate Pastor of St. Ann Church in Wilmington, Delaware. In the series, Father uses the story in Saint John's Gospel about the Samaritan Woman at the Well to help us through our Advent journey to Christmas.

Richard Jasper, Associate Pastor of St. Ann Church in Wilmington, Delaware. In the series, Father uses the story in Saint John's Gospel about the Samaritan Woman at the Well to help us through our Advent journey to Christmas. We will also hear from Fr. Jim Schmitmeyer of the Diocese of Amarillo, Texas, the High Plains Preacher.
